Step 3: Wait for the Centre to turn down Delhi Statehood proposal if “Yes” verdict in the referendum.

Step 4: Waste even more time organizing a dharna and protests against the above rejection.

Step 6: Blame each and everything on the Centre after that for the rest of the term.

Step 7: Blame the Centre in the 2020 Delhi Assembly elections.

Step 8: Fool the Delhi public for the third straight time in 2020 and repeat the whole process.
