Solution—Declare Modi as the sole dictator.

Most legislation to muzzle dissent brought in by national Congress leaders.
Solution—Say that Modi has cracked down on dissent.

Most intolerant group: Intellectuals, liberals, seculars, editors, activists, NGOs and Congressis.

Solution—Declare Modi the epitome of intolerance and start a vicious national campaign against this cooked up “intolerance”.
